These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Onboardzy platform, provided by Onboardzy, located at Rue Émile Duport, 69009 Lyon, France ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Onboardzy. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Description of Service

Onboardzy is an onboarding builder platform designed for developers. Users can create, manage, and deploy onboarding flows for their applications. Certain features are accessible only with a paid subscription.

3. User Content

You may upload content such as onboarding texts, images, and configurations ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant Onboardzy a non-exclusive license to use, host, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require payment. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Stripe's terms and our billing practices. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Privacy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Reverse engineering or copying our code or designs;
• Disrupting or interfering with other users or our systems;
• Using the platform for illegal or abusive purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Stripe for payments. Your use of Stripe is subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onboardzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lyon, France.
